    I spent 5 years in Federal Prison… from 1981 until 1986… for a pot offense.
    In that era, there were 21 Federal Prisons housing 28,000 inmates.
    Today there are over 100 fed prisons holding more that 200,000 people.
    Abolishing ‘victimless’ crimes would cut these numbers by more than half…
